 Villa Orla is located in the beautiful area of Kıziltas, a 7-min walk to the old Town of Kalkan.  Only 0.8 km to Kalkan Taxi Rank and 1 km to Kalkan Beach.

Steps lead down to this amazing villa, which is fully air-conditioned and located on one level. It would be hard pushed to find a villa with a better view of Kalkan.

Villa Orla has 2 en-suite bedrooms - 1 x Double and 1 x Twin with combination showers - Rainforest and Standard shower heads, toilet and basin. Both bedrooms have patio doors leading out to the terrace, with the double bedroom having the most amazing views as it looks out onto the jacuzzi pool and onto Kalkan Bay.

A fully fitted open-plan kitchen, dining area and tastefully decorated lounge area with patio doors that lead out to the terrace with spectacular sea views, it has both a swimming pool and a jacuzzi pool, which are protected by a canopy from the midday sun.

Located 0.8 km away from the centre of Kalkan (Taxi Rank) with its wonderful shops, amazing restaurants and fabulous beach clubs, this really is a wonderful villa to stay in.

Kalkan - with its wonderful shops and plentiful restaurants, some with roof terraces and some that are tucked away in the side streets. Bookings for restaurants is essential if you want that particular restaurant on that particular night, especially in July, August and September.

The Beach and Harbour where boat trips regularly leave for both daytime and sunset cruises, advanced booking is essential especially during the months of July, August and September.

There are numerous Beach Clubs, the majority with boats that will take you from the harbour to their club, some with water sports, and some with a swimming pool, we even have a beach club that has film nights and yoga sessions for your enjoyment.
