Villa Nuka 2 is a fully secluded villa with a private pool located in the Kördere area of Kalkan. You can have a pleasant time with your family on the large pool terrace of our villa, accompanied by a magnificent sea view. In addition to large families and groups of friends, couples who want to have a unique honeymoon can also have a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday in our villa. In addition, a fun holiday awaits you thanks to the table tennis and swing in our villa. Thanks to the private pool, you will be able to get rid of the tiredness of the whole year with your family and have pleasant moments and an unforgettable holiday.

Our villa located in the Kördere area of Kalkan is located close to the centre. It is approximately 10–15 minutes away from the world-famous Kaputas Beach. It stands out with its proximity to nightlife and city life.

Our villa has 3 floors, five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The first bedroom is on the first floor, and the bedroom has a double bed, bathroom, and air conditioning; The second, third and fourth bedrooms are on the second floor; The second bedroom has a double bed, jacuzzi, bathroom, air conditioning; The third bedroom has two single beds, bathroom and air conditioning; The fourth bedroom has a double bed, bathroom and air conditioning; The fifth bedroom is on the third floor and has a double bed, bathroom, indoor pool, air conditioning and television in the bedroom. The living room has a seating group, kitchen, air conditioning and television.

In addition, Villa Nuka Loft and Villa Nuka, which are also included in our system and belong to the same owner, are located. If there is availability, you can rent them at the same time.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our villa does not accept accommodations for less than 4 nights.

Heated indoor pool dimensions: 2.5m x 4m, depth 90 cm.

Note 1: If pool heating is requested, the heating fee is 1,200 TL per day (may vary depending on the period) extra. Pool heating fee is calculated for the day of stay. Guests who want pool heating should contact the contact person 3 days before their arrival in the villa

Note 2: The remaining payments are made in cash on the day of arrival.

Note 3: The last 200 m of the road to our villa is a steep slope.

Note 4: The shaded area on the pool terrace of our villa will be made as soon as possible. Photos will be updated.

Note 5: There is a projection system on the pool terrace of our villa

Note 6: The closest beach to our villa is Kalkan public beach.

Note 7: There are 20–25 steps at the entrance to our villa.

General note: All of our villas located in nature are regularly cleaned and sprayed for insects and pests. In our houses located in nature, the probability of insects etc. is higher than in villas located in the centre. This note is not related to this house, but is written in the information of all houses located in nature.

There may be new villa constructions in the regions outside the summer months. For this reason, there is likely to be noise around. This note is not specific to this house, it is found in all houses that are active in winter.
